One of the biggest challenges in life is BEING healthy. What is being healthy to you? How do we know we are healthy? Whether that means not having a disease, not being in pain, or just living the life you desire, we all have a battle with making the right choices for our health and body.

I am passionate and LOVE bringing health to people, athletes, children and families. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual and so I have trained and studied to help integrate different approaches to help bring people to their goals.

Before deciding to coach and lead athletes in health and fitness, I trained as a national level swimmer and then decided to wrestle with CrossFit. I made it into the top 20 women in Eastern Canada before succumbing to injury. I learned the hard way that the choices WE make will either move us towards our goals or away from them.

I am now a mom of a 7 year old gem and love taking care of pediatric as well as pregnant patients. I look forward to helping take care of the practice and meeting some new faces.

I am excited and inspired to share the knowledge I have learned. Lets create the BEST health for you.
